Keith helps leaders at some of the world’s most interesting and successful companies transform the impact of their marketing and communications. His expertise is in developing language and messaging that shifts perceptions and changes behavior. It is grounded in Keith’s decades of experience in marketing, communication, political campaigns, and research. He honed his crisis comms instincts during 9/11 as head of communications at NYC’s marketing agency.
