Big News at m+p: New Leadership Roles to Fuel Healthcare Growth, Synthetic Research, and Client Impact
We have some exciting leadership news to share. We’ve made a series of moves that reflect where we see some tremendous opportunities ahead. That includes deepening our expertise in healthcare and life sciences, accelerating our synthetic research capabilities through CHORUS, and doubling down on the thing that’s always mattered most: doing exceptional work for our clients, every single time.
Here’s what’s new.
Keith Yazmir is now President

Keith’s been a Founding Partner at m+p for two decades. In that time, he helped build some of our most important and longest-standing client relationships across pharmaceuticals, technology, travel, and automotive. In his new role, he’ll lead our growth initiatives, with a specific focus on strengthening how we work across Omnicom Public Relations and the broader Omnicom network.
We’ve built so many successful partnerships with Omnicom agencies over the years. Now, Omnicom’s acquisition of IPG creates unprecedented opportunities to help even more clients maximize their marketing and communications impact. I’m excited about expanding my role in supporting our teams, fostering collaboration with our sister agencies, and helping more clients win.
Two exceptional new Partners are joining us — Katherine Hettrich and Amanda Kealey

Katherine spent more than 20 years across management consulting and global healthcare agencies — including ZS Associates, Ogilvy, and Publicis Healthcare. She helped some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies shape how new therapies get understood and adopted.
The biggest barriers are rarely about the science itself. They’re about how people interpret what they hear and what it means to them. That’s why joining m+p feels like such a natural fit — Language Strategy helps people listen, care, and act.
Amanda brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of insights, strategy, and communications. A trained anthropologist, she’s led global health and science teams at Hall & Partners, Brado, and most recently Shapiro+Raj, working across pharma, financial services, and consumer brands.
Communications issues are usually blamed on the message. More often, we haven’t understood the audience. m+p has built its entire discipline around addressing that gap.
Jaime Hodges is expanding her role to lead Research & Innovation

As SVP and Head of Research & Innovation, Jaime will now lead our fully integrated research function, bringing together our quantitative and synthetic research capabilities under one roof. Since joining m+p, she’s led development of our Persuasive Strength™ and Creative Strength™ methodologies, along with our CHORUS synthetic research platform.
Synthetic research and AI are powerful amplifiers of research expertise, and CHORUS is built on the same methodological rigor and quality controls that define our human research. I’m excited to lead this work in my expanded role, combining analytical discipline with innovation to help clients understand what their audiences truly hear and care about.
Michael Maslansky, our CEO, put it this way: “Jaime has helped advance the state of the art in Language Strategy research, building purpose-built methodologies that bring powerful insights to clients. Her work uncovering the power of Receptographics is just the latest example.”
Catherine Farr is promoted to Executive Vice President

Based in D.C., Catherine has spent 12 years helping companies and trade associations across pharma, energy, financial services, and technology make sure their messages land the way they’re supposed to. She’ll continue leading a team of language strategists while taking on expanded responsibility for key client relationships and our overall approach to Language Strategy.
I’ve always believed the right language can turn even the most complicated, high-stakes issues into something people actually understand and trust. I’m excited to keep building on that work.
Why this all matters
None of these moves happened in isolation. As Michael put it: “These moves aren’t just recognition of great people; they’re a direct response to where our clients need us most. Healthcare and synthetic research are areas where we see continued opportunities to introduce Language Strategy to new clients and respond to a broader set of needs. These specific initiatives support our biggest growth driver, which is our focus on delivering great work every time.”
And on the group as a whole:
Keith, Catherine, and Jaime have all played incredibly important roles in our success. I am excited for each of them to take on these expanded roles in areas of critical importance for the firm. And Amanda and Katherine bring exactly the right experience and expertise we need right now to continue to support the growth of our largest vertical. Together, they’ll make our team stronger and our clients more successful.
We couldn’t agree more. Please join us in welcoming Katherine and Amanda, and in congratulating Keith, Catherine, and Jaime on their expanded roles!
